I’m Ana Trichak, a Fortune 100 Vice President turned Career Coach. I help ambitious women land new roles they love and position themselves for the professional growth they deserve – without sacrificing what means most to them outside of work.
I do this because I know the challenges firsthand. I built my own career from the ground up, without advanced degrees or industry connections. With a 15-month-old at home, I landed my first VP-level position earning multiple six-figures at the age of 37.
As a leader with experience leading a team of 25 and accountability for $1B+ products, I’ve navigated the most competitive, male-dominated corporate environments… and succeeded.
Along the way, I’ve spoken as a keynote on executive presence, developed and delivered training programs on personal branding and sales, and mentored numerous women looking to advance professionally…all while being a devoted wife and mom to 2 kids age 3 and under.

WHERE I STARTED
I was the first in my family to graduate from college, earning degrees in Psychology and Accounting from Arizona State University. Without mentors to lean on or connections to open doors, I had to figure out how to navigate corporate America on my own.
THE RISE
Through persistence, resilience, and extensive self-study, I quickly climbed the corporate ladder, breaking barriers in a male-dominated industry. By the age of 37, I had landed in a VP-level role. But the journey was far from smooth. I experienced the same doubts, setbacks, and questions my clients face today.
WHY I COACH
Mentoring others has always been one of my favorite parts of leadership. The more I helped colleagues with career strategy and professional development, the more I saw how transformative it could be. When former colleagues and friends kept reaching out for advice, I realized it was time to create a business dedicated to helping ambitious women achieve their goals.

My favorite job in the world is being a mom to my 2 young kids.

I love group fitness classes and am certified to teach yoga and barre, but lately, the Peloton is how I make time for movement.
