Meet Ana
Not that long ago, I was an individual contributor in Corporate America, feeling stuck, pigeonholed and unsure of how to get to the next level I felt I had earned. I was burnt out, questioning whether I even wanted to stay on the career path I had devoted so many years to and struggling to see a clear path forward. At the same time, my family was dependent on my income. I was a new mom and wanted to ensure the time spent away from my son felt ‘worth it.’
Today, I’m a happy and successful Fortune 100 VP, earning multiple six-figures, leading with confidence, and enjoying the impact I get to make every day. I also have a home life with a husband and 2 young kids that’s equally aligned and chaotic in all the right ways. I know what it takes to navigate career challenges because I’ve lived them - and I’m passionate about helping ambitious women like you break through roadblocks and create the career growth you deserve, all while juggling the many demands at home.
